2) Hot Milk with honey and ginger
3) OJ and Lemon Juice
However since your body doesn't get enough vitamens and minerals, you might take longer to heal.

try this:
Natural way: Honey.. and lemon freshly squeezed in a cup, add some salt to it.. and gulp it down.. one long sip.. dont think twice and just swallow :)
Medical way: take the following for sore throat: Panadol (either pandol EXTRA, or the one that says cold and flu on it.
runny nose too? try : clarinase or fludrex
if all of the above fails: you'll need antibiotics for a few days..
purg and shopa: stop fighting little ones, the poor woman is sick , she has to deal with you two as well? ;p
