أثناء وقوفنا على باب مجلس نصف الأمة، بعد أن طردنا، أتتنا الأخبار بأن الخرافي أحال الاقتراح إلى لجنة الداخلية، والتي يرأسها راشد الهبيدة.. سألنا المحامي عبد الحميد دشتي عن ما تعنيه إحالة الاقتراح إلى اللجنة فقال "عملية تسويف ومماطلة".. ثم أصر على أن الحقوق آتية وأن الشيخ صباح الأحمد لديه "محركات" ستعمل لصالحنا.. يقول اصبروا.. حقوقكم جاية جاية

نصبر؟؟؟ صار لنا فوق الأربعين سنة ناطرين وصابرين

حراس الأمن منعونا من مقابلة أعضاء مجلس الأمة.. حاولنا مقابلة الصقر تحديدا فقيل لنا أنه لن يخرج قبل الساعة الرابعة.. وفي طريقي إلى سيارتي، وكانت الساعة حوالي الواحدة، رأيت الصقر في المقعد الأمامي من سيارته البي أم السوداء.. حياني بيده وحييته.. وايد علي

PSS was there too. She was angry and tried to talk people into remaining seated despite Kharafi's decision.. You go girl!
And I think I spotted Zaydoun in a navy suit, but then I'm not sure it was him or else I would've defenitely said hi..

I'm so happy the turn out was good...I wished I was there but you girls/guys made me proud...keep on fighting :)
oh and how fun for all of the bloggers to see each other...I'm a little bit jealous :P
The turn out was good for the short notice + although the crowd was peaceful, the excitement level was high.
Next time, it will be even better inshallah.

It's good to know that you've been spared the look of utter disappointment and shock that we had back in 1999, though to be spared that look by being kicked out of the Parliament is no joy ride.
Spirits seem to be high in reaction to this blue Blue day regardless of the postponment of decision it resulted in. Could it be that the turnout was higher than expected? Or is it just the joy of being part of a demonstration in Kuwait? Either way, I'm sorry to have missed it.
