No I'm genuinely surprised you don't know about Abu Lam3ah & 7'awajah Biju; a habitual liar and his rather naive 7'awajaty friend. It was a comedy team that was popular in Egypt during the 1960s - probably even earlier - on stage, radio and TV. Until this very day Egyptians refer to a big-fat-liar as, yes, Abu Lam3ah. The couple visited Kuwait in those days.
Fuad Ratib remained in Kuwait for probably the rest of his life, and in the 1970s he and Al-3aydaroosi attempted to revive the routine as 7'awajah Biju and Bu Shalla7'.
Also during the 1970s Fuad Ratib had a game show that was sort of Seen-Jeem meet Mad magazine.
